Men gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l g\u00e5r precis lika bra! H\u00e4r \u00e4r k\u00e5len kokt f\u00f6rst, eftersom jag tycker att den l\u00e4tt kan bli lite seg och tr\u00e5kig annars, och sedan blandad med b\u00e5de sardeller, vitl\u00f6k, schalottenl\u00f6k, citron och kapris till en alldeles underbar umami-stinn pastar\u00e4tt som \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4ttlagad.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 bilden har jag lagat r\u00e4tten f\u00f6r tv\u00e5 personer, d\u00e4rav de mindre m\u00e4ngderna l\u00f6k och k\u00e5l. N\u00e4r man f\u00f6rkokar (f\u00f6rv\u00e4ller) k\u00e5len blir man \u00e4ven av med en del av \u00e4mnena som g\u00f6r att man kan f\u00e5 ont i magen d\u00e5 de m\u00e5ste j\u00e4sas innan de kan sm\u00e4lta vilket ger upphov till gaser och kramper. Det r\u00f6r sig om sv\u00e5rsm\u00e4lta kolhydrater, som \u00e4ven finns i b\u00f6nor &nbsp;och l\u00f6k. H\u00e4ll av kokvattnet, spara g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gra matskedar att ha i s\u00e5sen sedan.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i oljan tills den mjuknar, tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6ken efter ett tag. Salta och l\u00e5t steka helt mjuk och glansig men utan att ta f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt de hackade sardellerna, pressa i citronsaft och riv i citronskalet. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 s\u00e5sen h\u00e5lls varm medan du kokar din pasta<br \/>\nperfekt al denne. H\u00e4ll av pastan, h\u00e4ll den i pannan med s\u00e5sen. Smaka av &#8211; mer salt, peppar, citron, kapris?
