I det h\u00e4r fallet r\u00f6rde det sig om ett g\u00e4ng&nbsp;cocktailtomater som bakats i ugn med olivolja, vitl\u00f6k, rosmarin och&nbsp;<\/strong><b>flingsalt, d\u00e4rtill en zucchini som beh\u00f6vde anv\u00e4ndas och mozzarella som var kvar&nbsp;sedan v\u00e5r pizzakv\u00e4ll i slutet av h\u00f6stlovet och ocks\u00e5 beh\u00f6vde anv\u00e4ndas. Tillsammans med favoriten sardeller och \u00f6rter i form av torkad oregano och f\u00e4rsk basilika blev det en&nbsp;mycket god och uppskattad italiensk middag f\u00f6r familjen.&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Den observante l\u00e4gger m\u00e4rke till att mozzarellan saknas p\u00e5 bilden, jag fotade innan jag lagt till den och gl\u00f6mde sedan att fota r\u00e4tten p\u00e5 tallrikarna tyv\u00e4rr. Om man vill g\u00e5r det \u00e4ven bra att anv\u00e4nda parmesan eller kanske till och med ch\u00e8vre i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r mozzarellan.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1-2 zucchinis, tv\u00e4ttade och grovrivna<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-27712\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/fullsizeoutput_1051-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/fullsizeoutput_1051-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/fullsizeoutput_1051-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/fullsizeoutput_1051-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/fullsizeoutput_1051-1024x768.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och finhackade eller finstrimlade<\/p>\n<p>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor (jag tog de som bakats med tomaterna), skalade och finhackade eller mosade<\/p>\n<p>cocktailtomater, bakade eller f\u00e4rska<\/p>\n<p>1 burk sardellfil\u00e9er, hackade (anv\u00e4nd g\u00e4rna oljan de ligger i f\u00f6r mer smak och bra konsistens)<\/p>\n<p>saft av 1\/2 &#8211; 1 citron<\/p>\n<p>oregano, basilika och\/eller andra \u00f6rter &#8211; g\u00e4rna b\u00e5de torkade och f\u00e4rska<\/p>\n<p>peppar, salt<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>2 paket mozzarella, skuren i bitar<\/p>\n<p>pasta efter tycke, tillg\u00e5ng och smak &#8211; jag tog spaghetti, ber\u00e4kna dryga 100 gram per person<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-27710\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/IMG_9663-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/IMG_9663-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/IMG_9663-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/IMG_9663-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/IMG_9663-1024x1024.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s schalottenl\u00f6ken i oljan p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme med lite salt tills den \u00e4r helt mjuk och glansig men inte blivit m\u00f6rk s\u00e5 den blir besk. Tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6ken och d\u00e4refter sardellhacket. Pressa citron \u00f6ver, l\u00e5t puttra ihop lite s\u00e5 sardellerna l\u00f6ser sig i v\u00e4tskan. Tills\u00e4tt tomaterna och den rivna zucchinin samt g\u00e4rna oljan som sardellerna legat i. Det ger fin konsistens och smak p\u00e5 s\u00e5sen. Jag brukar k\u00f6pa sardellfil\u00e9er i olivolja n\u00e4r jag hittar det. Krydda s\u00e5sen med peppar, torkade \u00f6rter och ev. salt. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att sardellerna tillf\u00f6r en hel del s\u00e4lta.<\/p>\n<p>Koka din pasta i saltat vatten tills den \u00e4r perfekt al denne. H\u00e4ll av i ett durkslag och sl\u00e5 pastan direkt i pannan med s\u00e5sen. Blanda runt och tills\u00e4tt mozzarella och de f\u00e4rska \u00f6rterna.
