M\u00e5nga har den \u00e4ven p\u00e5 julbordet men hos oss \u00e4r den sj\u00e4lvklar som vickning p\u00e5 ny\u00e5rsnatten. Vi brukar g\u00f6ra en rej\u00e4l sats, eller snarare maken g\u00f6r det n\u00e4r han \u00e4nd\u00e5&nbsp;h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 &#8211; det har liksom blivit hans uppgift att fixa Jansson i stora lass. Receptet utg\u00e5r fr\u00e5n ett gammalt klassiskt recept. H\u00e4r g\u00e5r det vare sig att sn\u00e5la p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dde eller sm\u00f6r. Men vi avst\u00e5r g\u00e4rna str\u00f6br\u00f6det eftersom vi dels tycker det blir lika bra utan och man dessutom f\u00e5r en glutenfri variant (det finns i och f\u00f6r sig glutenfritt str\u00f6br\u00f6d). G\u00f6r g\u00e4rna dina Jansson i folieformar som kan frysas in och plocka sedan fram till lunch eller enkel middag vid senare tillf\u00e4llen &#8211; om ni f\u00e5r n\u00e5gon \u00f6ver vill s\u00e4ga. &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e5gra ord om smakerna: det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett exempel p\u00e5 d\u00e4r slutprodukten blir mer \u00e4n de i r\u00e4tten ing\u00e5ende delarna. Vad jag menar \u00e4r att&nbsp;potatis, l\u00f6k, gr\u00e4dde, sm\u00f6r och ansjovis kanske inte verkar s\u00e5 s\u00e4rdeles livat men n\u00e5got h\u00e4nder under gr\u00e4ddningen som ger upphov till karamelliga noter parade med umami &#8211; det blir helt enkelt otroligt gott.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Namnet Janssons frestelse kommer fr\u00e5n en mycket matroad operas\u00e5ngare som var k\u00e4nd vid f\u00f6rra sekelskiftet, Pelle Janzon. Peppra och salta f\u00f6rsiktigt (t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att ansjovisen och spadet har en hel del s\u00e4lta). Blanda ihop gr\u00e4dden och ev. mj\u00f6lk med ansjovisspadet och h\u00e4ll blandningen \u00f6ver formen. V\u00e4tskan ska n\u00e5 upp till den \u00f6versta potatisen s\u00e5 att allt har en chans att bli mjukt och h\u00e4rligt gr\u00e4ddat. Str\u00f6 eventuellt str\u00f6br\u00f6d \u00f6ver och klicka ut sm\u00f6r eller hyvla med osthyvel och l\u00e4gg ovanp\u00e5. Gr\u00e4dda i nedre delen av ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 200 grader i n\u00e4rmare en timme. Den ska vara gyllene och helt mjuk n\u00e4r den \u00e4r klar.
