Krossa saffranet med en sockerbit i en mortel, tills\u00e4tt det. V\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt ner mj\u00f6let som du blandat med bakpulver. Blanda ihop f\u00f6rsiktigt s\u00e5 fluffigheten och luften beh\u00e5lls s\u00e5 gott det g\u00e5r. Bred ut p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t eller i en l\u00e5ngpanna. Gr\u00e4dda i 225 grader i 5-10 minuter &#8211; passa s\u00e5 att det inte br\u00e4nns! Jag brukar s\u00e4tta klockan p\u00e5 7 minuter och st\u00e5 och passa f\u00f6r s\u00e4kerhets skull. Den m\u00e5ste<br \/>\nju vara genomgr\u00e4ddad<br \/>\nmen f\u00e5r inte bli br\u00e4nd.&nbsp;Den p\u00f6ser ofta upp lite oregelbundet men det j\u00e4mnar ut sig sedan.<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden som rullt\u00e5rtan gr\u00e4ddas i ugnen och sedan svalnar g\u00f6r du i ordning hjortronen till <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-24522\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4617-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4617\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4617-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4617-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4617.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><br \/>\nfyllningen. Du beh\u00f6ver inte v\u00e4nta p\u00e5 att de frysta hjortronen ska tina &#8211; l\u00e4gg dem i en kastrull p\u00e5<br \/>\nmedelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme, r\u00f6r om och se till att de tinar. Tills\u00e4tt 2 tsk arrowrot utr\u00f6rt i lite vatten, r\u00f6r ner det i de varma hjortronen och l\u00e5t precis koka upp under omr\u00f6rning s\u00e5 att blandningen tjocknar. St\u00e4ll svalt att kallna helt innan du anv\u00e4nder hjortronen till fyllningen.<\/p>\n<p>Tag ut och och l\u00e5t rullt\u00e5rtsbotten svalna. Vispa gr\u00e4dden, tills\u00e4tt rom eller Amaretto och r\u00f6r ner mandelmassan och hjortronen till kr\u00e4men. L\u00e4gg rullt\u00e5rtan p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper, en b\u00e4nkskiva eller en pl\u00e5t som du str\u00f6tt ut str\u00f6socker p\u00e5, med ovansidan ner\u00e5t och bakpl\u00e5tspappret upp\u00e5t. Drag f\u00f6rsiktigt av bakpl\u00e5tspappret. L\u00e4gg den i kylen i n\u00e5gra timmar eller \u00f6ver natten.
