G\u00f6r mycket \u2013 det brukar g\u00e5 \u00e5t!<\/p>\n<p>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/p>\n<p>150 gram sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>Ca 10 st. soltorkade tomater (om de k\u00f6ps lagda i olja anv\u00e4nder man dem direkt, skurna i bitar, medan om du anv\u00e4nder den torra varianten m\u00e5ste de bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggas ett tag f\u00f6rst \u2013 ju torrare de \u00e4r desto l\u00e4ngre bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggning beh\u00f6vs. Koka upp vatten, h\u00e4ll det \u00f6ver tomaterna i en bunke eller kastrull, h\u00e4ll bort det vattnet direkt och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver en ny omg\u00e5ng kokhett vatten s\u00e5 det t\u00e4cker de torkade tomaterna, l\u00e5t ligga tills mjuknat. Man kan ev. ha i lite vitvinsvin\u00e4ger f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 bort den lite unkna svavelsmaken en del soltorkade tomater kan ha.
