Man kan v\u00e4lja den vin\u00e4ger man vill \u2013 ibland tar jag balsamvin\u00e4ger och ibland v\u00e4ljer jag helt enkelt en god vitvinsvin\u00e4ger.<\/h3>\n<p>Den vegetarian som \u00e4ter mj\u00f6lk kan ha gl\u00e4dje av det h\u00e4r receptet:)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pestodressing:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>2-3 msk balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p>6-9 msk olivolja<\/p>\n<p>1-2 msk pesto (g\u00e4rna lite mer om du anv\u00e4nder den f\u00e4rska hemgjorda peston)<\/p>\n<p>lite nymald peppar<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e4rsk basilika till dekoration och smakf\u00f6rst\u00e4rkning<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Blanda balsamvin\u00e4gern med peston och nymald svartpeppar. R\u00f6r ihop s\u00e5 blandar sig utan klumpar, droppa i olivoljan under omr\u00f6rning. Smaka av. Den som vill kan tills\u00e4tta lite finhackad vitl\u00f6k f\u00f6r extra sting.
