Saffran och bj\u00f6rnb\u00e4r \u00e4r en&nbsp;riktigt lyckat smakkombination, som varje gotl\u00e4nning vet eftersom&nbsp;salmb\u00e4r och bj\u00f6rnb\u00e4r liknar varandra. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Har du en glassmaskin \u00e4r det v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4tt att snabbt f\u00e5 ihop en otroligt god glass. Jag gjorde min i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g och fr\u00f6s in f\u00f6r att sedan bara ta fram och skopa upp.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Glykos anv\u00e4nder man f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 extra fin kr\u00e4mig konsistens p\u00e5 glassen. Blanda i finmald saffran som du r\u00f6rt ut i lite rom. Detta ger fin smak men kan uteslutas f\u00f6r den som inte vill ha i rom. Man kan g\u00e4rna l\u00e5ta blandningen vara med och koka upp f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 bort alkoholen men \u00e4nd\u00e5 ha kvar smaken. Hit kan du f\u00f6rbereda och sedan h\u00e4lla smeten i glassmaskinen s\u00e5 att glassen blir klar inf\u00f6r g\u00e4sterna. Eller g\u00f6r som jag och k\u00f6r glassen direkt n\u00e4r smeten \u00e4r riktigt kall och l\u00e4gg glassen i en plastbytta med t\u00e4ttslutande lock i frysen fram till ett litet<br \/>\ntag f\u00f6re servering, s\u00e5 att den har tinat tillr\u00e4ckligt och g\u00e5r att skopa upp.<\/p>\n<p><em>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du med bj\u00f6rnb\u00e4ren:&nbsp;<\/em>L\u00e4gg (de frysta) bj\u00f6rnb\u00e4r och socker i en tjockbottnad kastrull. L\u00e5t koka upp p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme, r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. N\u00e4r bj\u00f6rnb\u00e4ren mjuknat och b\u00f6rjat bli lite mer som marmelad kan man som jag v\u00e4lja att plocka upp dem innan de kokar s\u00f6nder helt, anv\u00e4nd g\u00e4rna en h\u00e5lslev s\u00e5 du l\u00e5ter v\u00e4tskan vara kvar i kastrullen. Smaka av s\u00e5 att du har lagom s\u00f6tma<br \/>\noch rom. L\u00e5t v\u00e4tskan med sockret och rom koka ihop tills det \u00e4r tjockt som gel\u00e9ig marmelad.
