Blanda i finmald saffran som du r\u00f6rt ut i lite rom. Detta ger fin smak men kan uteslutas f\u00f6r den som inte vill ha i rom. St\u00e4ll kallt att svalna helt innan du blandar i den ovispade gr\u00e4dden, r\u00f6r om v\u00e4l s\u00e5 att allt blandas. Hit kan du f\u00f6rbereda och sedan h\u00e4lla smeten i glassmaskinen s\u00e5 att glassen blir klar inf\u00f6r g\u00e4sterna.
