L\u00e4gga en sked pesto p\u00e5 ena halvan, bred ut den, vik \u00f6ver den andra halvan &#8211; se p\u00e5 bilden h\u00e4r bredvid l\u00e4ngst ner. Ber\u00e4kna 1-2 fiskfil\u00e9er per person, beroende p\u00e5 storlek. Det brukar vara lagom med 150-200 gram fisk per person. Gr\u00e4dda 10-15 minuter eller till fisken \u00e4r precis f\u00e4rdigkokt utan att ha blivit f\u00f6r torr. Servera med den goda skyn som blir runtom, med pressad potatis, ris eller gott br\u00f6d. Det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt gott att servera sm\u00f6rslungad spenat till. Jag brukar d\u00e5 anv\u00e4nda den frysta bladspenaten, som jag l\u00e5tit tina innan. F\u00e5r du tag p\u00e5 f\u00e4rsk spenat i stora m\u00e4ngder g\u00e5r det ocks\u00e5 bra &#8211; t\u00e4nk d\u00e5 p\u00e5 att den sjunker ihop v\u00e4ldigt mycket!
