Den \u00e4r \u00e4ven god till grillad eller stekt fisk, skaldjur eller kyckling, till nykokt potatis eller andra v\u00e5rprim\u00f6rer, till gott nybakat br\u00f6d och i soppor. Nedan finner du ett h\u00e4rligt l\u00e4ttlagat recept p\u00e5 pestofyllda fiskfil\u00e9er \u2013 underbar enkel bjudmat.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Till peston beh\u00f6ver du f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra en sk\u00e5l som den p\u00e5 bilden:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>2 krukor f\u00e4rsk basilika (s\u00e5dana som finns i matvaruaff\u00e4rerna)<\/p>\n<p>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, ev 2 f\u00f6r den som vill, finhackad och l\u00e4tt mosad med knivbladet tillsammans med salt (du kan l\u00e4sa mer om det i artikeln om vitl\u00f6k h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen)<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl f\u00e4rska pinjen\u00f6tter (om du inte har det kan du ta en halv dl valn\u00f6tter, men smaken blir d\u00e5 lite mer genomtr\u00e4ngande av n\u00f6tterna, fast gott och nyttigt) &#8211; men \u00e4rligt talat utesluter jag ofta pinjen\u00f6tterna och tycker det blir bra \u00e4nd\u00e5<\/p>\n<p>1 dl finriven parmesan<\/p>\n<p>ca \u00bd dl olivolja (se n\u00e4r du har mixat ihop allt om det kan beh\u00f6vas lite mer olivolja)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6r alla ingredienser utom vitl\u00f6k i mixer hastigt, tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6ken precis p\u00e5 slutet och mixa helt snabbt s\u00e5 den inte f\u00e5r bitter smak av att k\u00f6ras i mixern.
