Den best\u00e5r av tunt skivad gul l\u00f6k som marineras i citron och salt och serveras med spiskummin och lite paprikapulver. Tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6ken mot slutet av stektiden. L\u00e4gg i gurkmejan och kryddorna (spiskummin, gurkmeja, senapsfr\u00f6n, svartpeppar och mald koriander). L\u00e5t dem puttra med ett tag innan du tills\u00e4tter ingef\u00e4ran och sedan h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 vatten och kokosmj\u00f6lk. Tills\u00e4tt chilin och s\u00f6tpotatisen samt buljongt\u00e4rningarna. Fyll p\u00e5 med vatten s\u00e5 att allt \u00e4r t\u00e4ckt och kan kokas mjukt. Du kan g\u00f6ra en uppskattning av hur mycket som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att soppan inte ska bli f\u00f6r tjock n\u00e4r du sedan mixar den men var hellre restriktiv och sp\u00e4d den mera efter <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-28479\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/01\/fullsizeoutput_1369-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/01\/fullsizeoutput_1369-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/01\/fullsizeoutput_1369-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/01\/fullsizeoutput_1369-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/01\/fullsizeoutput_1369-1024x768.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>mixning \u00e4n att du tills\u00e4tter f\u00f6r mycket vatten fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan och f\u00e5r en blaskig soppa som \u00e4r f\u00f6r l\u00f6s i<br \/>\nkonsistensen. N\u00e4r s\u00f6tpotatisen kokat mjuk under lock mixar du soppan ordentligt och tills\u00e4tter d\u00e4refter limejuicen lite i taget s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r en fin syra och balans. Kanske beh\u00f6ver du b\u00e4ttra p\u00e5 s\u00e4ltan ocks\u00e5.
