Tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6ken mot slutet. Tills\u00e4tt dina rester, eventuellt skurna i mindre bitar (jag hackade till exempel blomk\u00e5len i mindre bitar). L\u00e5t allt bli varmt och krydda samtidigt. Vispa \u00e4ggen f\u00f6rsiktigt med en sked kallt vatten i en bunke, vispa med en gaffel s\u00e5 att du fortfarande har viss viskositet i \u00e4ggen, eftersom du ska g\u00f6ra en omelett och inte \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra(!). H\u00e4ll \u00e4ggen i stekpannan och se till att du f\u00e5r \u00e4ggsmet \u00f6verallt.
