Jag l\u00e4ste ig\u00e5r p\u00e5 den utm\u00e4rkta bloggen Food Pharmacy i ett inl\u00e4gg av Professor&nbsp;<\/strong><b>Bengmark att majs, vitt ris och de l\u00e5ngt f\u00f6r\u00e4dlade &#8211; en del skulle s\u00e4ga s\u00f6nderf\u00f6r\u00e4dlade &#8211; s\u00e4deslagen r\u00e5g, korn och framf\u00f6r allt vete b\u00f6r undvikas.&nbsp;Vad jag f\u00f6rst\u00e5r \u00e4r dinkel lite mer likt urvete och&nbsp;d\u00e4rf\u00f6r b\u00e4ttre men den som vill \u00e4ta mer antiinflammatoriskt och nyttigt g\u00f6r kanske, precis som Maria Borelius skriver i sin bok H\u00e4lsorevolutionen &#8211; v\u00e4gen till en antiinflammatorisk livsstil, b\u00e4st i att helt<br \/>\nf\u00f6rs\u00f6ka undvika gluten. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Majs \u00e4r dessutom rikt p\u00e5 socker och har inte <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-27789\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/IMG_9434-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/IMG_9434-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/IMG_9434-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/IMG_9434-768x765.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/IMG_9434-1024x1020.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>mycket gemensamt med indianernas ursprungliga majs i det gamla Mexico innan conquistadorerna kom dit. Den som vill ha&nbsp;utf\u00f6rligare beskrivning av majs och andra mer onyttiga s\u00e4deslag m.m. kan l\u00e4sa p\u00e5 Food Pharmacy och Stigs inl\u00e4gg.&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Jag gillar likt Stig och hans hustru bovete och quinoa men nu skrev Professorn att \u00e4ven quinoa b\u00f6rjar f\u00f6r\u00e4dlas lite v\u00e4l mycket. Han hyllade de afrikanska kraftfulla f\u00f6do\u00e4mnena Amarant, Durra och Teff. Medan Teff \u00e4r en nyare bekantskap f\u00f6r mig som jag inte riktigt lyckats bli kompis med \u00e4nnu &#8211; mer experiment beh\u00f6vs nog. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Bovete \u00e4r en gammal favorit som jag anv\u00e4nder p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt; i gr\u00f6t, som flingor, till pannkakor, i br\u00f6d, kokt i sallader eller bara som tillbeh\u00f6r med h\u00e4rliga kryddor.
