H\u00e4ll av pastan i ett durkslag men spara n\u00e5gra sm\u00e5 skedar av kokvattnet att reda peston med &#8211; det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett gammalt italienskt husmorsknep. Jag lade peston med lite pastavatten i en annan kastrull och r\u00f6rde ihop det innan jag h\u00e4llde p\u00e5 den avrunna nykokta pastan och blandade ihop.
