Men vitk\u00e5l gillar den inte och inte heller m\u00e5nga b\u00f6nor, fast jag gillar dem. <\/strong><strong>Linfr\u00f6n \u00e4r inte heller n\u00e5gon hit medan quinoa g\u00e5r alldeles utm\u00e4rkt. Man f\u00e5r helt enkelt experimentera sig fram och se vad som funkar. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jag \u00e4lskar ju vitl\u00f6k och \u00e4r uppf\u00f6dd med vitl\u00f6k n\u00e4stan i blodet vilket g\u00f6r att jag ytterst motvilligt avst\u00e5r detta dessutom oerh\u00f6rt nyttiga och antiinflammatoriska lilla underverk till ingrediens och smaks\u00e4ttare. Intressant nog har <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-12580\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/02\/citroner-m-blad-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/02\/citroner-m-blad-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/02\/citroner-m-blad-Katinkas-Kitchen-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/02\/citroner-m-blad-Katinkas-Kitchen.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>jag funnit att n\u00e4r jag vanligtvis f\u00e5r i mig vitl\u00f6ken r\u00e5 blir det jobbigt f\u00f6r magen medan n\u00e4r den d\u00e4remot, fortfarande r\u00e5, blandas med citron, soya, tahini, ingef\u00e4ra och chili till den goda tahinis\u00e5sen kan magen hantera vitl\u00f6ken alldeles utm\u00e4rkt. Min gissning \u00e4r att det har med citronen att g\u00f6ra men \u00e4ven ingef\u00e4ran med sina maglugnande egenskaper kan t\u00e4nkas spela in. Jag har \u00e4ven lagt till n\u00e5gra ayurvediska kryddor b\u00e5de f\u00f6r nyttighet och b\u00e4ttre smak; mald ingef\u00e4ra och kardemumma samt lite vanilj (ekologisk, sm\u00e5&nbsp;vaniljfr\u00f6n som finns att k\u00f6pa p\u00e5 burk).
