Jag har ocks\u00e5 gjort en glutenfri variant som publiceras i ett eget inl\u00e4gg.<\/p>\n<p>I vanliga fall brukar man anv\u00e4nda en smakl\u00f6s olja av n\u00e5got slag, amerikanska recept f\u00f6reskriver ofta canola oil som p\u00e5 svenska \u00e4r rapsolja tror jag. Men eftersom vi k\u00f6per hem en magisk olivolja fr\u00e5n Abbruzzo som \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt mild har jag faktiskt anv\u00e4nt den. Om du vill anv\u00e4nda olivolja ska du se till att den verkligen \u00e4r mild!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-28762\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/04\/fullsizeoutput_14e3-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/04\/fullsizeoutput_14e3-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/04\/fullsizeoutput_14e3-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/04\/fullsizeoutput_14e3-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/04\/fullsizeoutput_14e3-1024x768.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>4 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>2 dl finkornigt r\u00e5socker<\/p>\n<p>2 tsk vaniljsocker<\/p>\n<p>3 1\/2 dl mj\u00f6l (dinkelmj\u00f6l eller vetemj\u00f6l)<\/p>\n<p>2 1\/2 tsk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p>drygt 2 tsk mald kanel<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk mald kardemumma<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsk mald ingef\u00e4ra<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsk salt<\/p>\n<p>4 dl finrivna skalade mor\u00f6tter (ca 5-6 mor\u00f6tter)<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 dl olja med neutral mild smak<\/p>\n<p><em>Till glasyren\/frostingen:&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>100 gram rumstempererat sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>175 gram Philadelphia Cream Cheese naturell &#8211; jag tog den laktosfria<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 tsk vaniljsocker<\/p>\n<p>det finrivna skalet av 1 limefrukt eller 1 citron<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 dl florsocker<\/p>\n<p>pressad saft fr\u00e5n 1\/2 citron eller lime<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e4rna f\u00e4rska bl\u00e5b\u00e4r eller physalis att dekorera kakan med<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4gg och socker p\u00f6sigt i en bunke. Blanda i en annan bunke eller i ett literm\u00e5tt de torra ingredienserna. R\u00f6r ner oljan och mor\u00f6tterna i \u00e4ggvispet och tills\u00e4tt sedan de torra ingredienserna. R\u00f6r f\u00f6rsiktigt ihop allt till en j\u00e4mn smet, s\u00e5 att du beh\u00e5ller s\u00e5 mycket luft i smeten som m\u00f6jligt. H\u00e4ll smeten i en form som du smort och br\u00f6at, l\u00e4gg g\u00e4rna bakpl\u00e5tspapper som du klippt till s\u00e5 att det passar. Gr\u00e4dda kakan i ugn som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till ca 150-175 grader i cirka 30-45 minuter, eventuellt lite l\u00e4ngre. K\u00e4nn med en sticka s\u00e5 att den \u00e4r genomgr\u00e4ddad i mitten och se \u00e4ven till att den inte blir br\u00e4nd p\u00e5 ytan. L\u00e4gg eventuellt ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper \u00f6ver kakan om den verkar ta f\u00f6r mycket f\u00e4rg. Blanda ihop frostingen medan kakan st\u00e5r i ugnen:<\/p>\n<p><em>Frostingen:&nbsp;<\/em>Vispa sm\u00f6r och florsocker mjukt och p\u00f6sigt, r\u00f6r ner cream cheese och smaks\u00e4ttning. R\u00f6r ihop s\u00e5 att allt blandas. Man kan spara en del av det finrivna citrusskalet att dekorera kakan med. Bred frostingen \u00f6ver kakan. Jag valde att l\u00e4gga knappt h\u00e4lften emellan kakan som jag skar till tv\u00e5 bottnar och sedan l\u00e4gga resten \u00f6ver kakan. G\u00f6r eventuellt ett vackert m\u00f6nster i frostingen med en gaffel eller spateln.
