P\u00e5 spisen kokar du snabbt ihop en mustig salsa med bett, full av nyttiga antiinflammatoriska ingredienser och vips har du en h\u00e4rlig god middag!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>4 kycklingfil\u00e9er eller ca 8 kycklingl\u00e5rfil\u00e9er<\/p>\n<p>\u00f6rtkryddor (jag tog rosmarin och Herbes de Provence)<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>citron<\/p>\n<p>3 s\u00f6tpotatisar, skalade och skurna i bitar<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>det finrivna skalet av en lime, v\u00e4l tv\u00e4ttad<\/p>\n<p>chilipulver av n\u00e5gon god sort &#8211; jag v\u00e4ljer g\u00e4rna chipotle med sin r\u00f6kiga smak<\/p>\n<p><em>Till salsan:&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>2 burkar hackade tomater<\/p>\n<p>ca 5-6 cm f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, skalad och riven eller fint hackad<\/p>\n<p>3-4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och hackade eller tunt skivade<\/p>\n<p>2-3 tsk gurkmeja<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk mald koriander<\/p>\n<p>1 msk tomatpur\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>salt och nymald peppar<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna 1\/2 &#8211; 1 r\u00f6d chili, hackad<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna f\u00e4rsk koriander till servering<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg kycklingbitarna i en smord ugnsfast form, krydda dem och pressa citron \u00f6ver, ringla olivolja \u00f6ver och st\u00e4ll dem \u00e5t sidan tills det \u00e4r dags att st\u00e4lla in dem i ugnen s\u00e5 de blir klara i tid f\u00f6r din middag. De tar ca 20-30 minuter i ugnen beroende p\u00e5 vilken temperatur du k\u00f6r dem i. Jag gillar att ha lite l\u00e4gre temperatur f\u00f6r \u00f6kad saftighet men d\u00e5 tar det lite l\u00e4ngre tid.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r den skalade s\u00f6tpotatisen i kuber eller klyftor, l\u00e4gg dem i en stor sk\u00e5l, ringla \u00f6ver olivolja, tills\u00e4tt chili och limeskal eller vad du v\u00e4ljer att krydda din s\u00f6tpotatis med. St\u00e4ll in s\u00f6tpotatisen i ugnen, den m\u00e5r bra av att rostas i ca 175 grader s\u00e5 du kan k\u00f6ra den samtidigt som kycklingen som du d\u00e5 st\u00e4ller under pl\u00e5ten med s\u00f6tpotatis.<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden som s\u00f6tpotatis och kyckling bakas i ugnen kokar du ihop din salsa. Fr\u00e4s vitl\u00f6k i olivolja \u00f6ver medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme med lite salt, tills\u00e4tt gurkmejan och ingef\u00e4ran och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa helt kort innan du tills\u00e4tter tomatpur\u00e9n och fr\u00e4ser den en aning. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven den malda koriandern och chilin.
