Blanda i en annan bunke eller i ett literm\u00e5tt de torra ingredienserna. R\u00f6r ner mor\u00f6tterna i \u00e4ggvispet och tills\u00e4tt sedan de <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-28928\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/05\/IMG_2650-1-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/05\/IMG_2650-1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/05\/IMG_2650-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/05\/IMG_2650-1-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/05\/IMG_2650-1-1024x1024.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>torra ingredienserna. R\u00f6r f\u00f6rsiktigt ihop allt till en j\u00e4mn smet, s\u00e5 att du beh\u00e5ller s\u00e5 mycket luft i smeten som m\u00f6jligt. H\u00e4ll smeten p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t som du kl\u00e4tt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Gr\u00e4dda rullt\u00e5rtebotten i ugn som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till ca 220 grader i cirka 5-8 minuter &#8211; passa noga f\u00f6r den br\u00e4nns l\u00e4tt! K\u00e4nn med en sticka s\u00e5 att den \u00e4r genomgr\u00e4ddad i mitten. Blanda ihop frostingen medan kakan st\u00e5r i ugnen:<\/p>\n<p><em>Frostingen:&nbsp;<\/em>Vispa sm\u00f6r och florsocker mjukt och p\u00f6sigt, r\u00f6r ner cream cheese och smaks\u00e4ttning. R\u00f6r ihop s\u00e5 att allt blandas. Man kan spara en del av det finrivna citrusskalet att rulla rullt\u00e5rtan i tillsammans med r\u00e5socker. Bred frostingen \u00f6ver den avsvalnade botten. Rulla f\u00f6rsiktigt, emot dig, tills du har en fast fin rulle som du l\u00e4gger med kanten ner\u00e5t. Rulla hela rullen i socker, g\u00e4rna blandat med finrivet citronskal. St\u00e4ll rullen i kylen att stelna s\u00e5 att allt &#8221;s\u00e4tter sig&#8221;.
