H\u00e4ll upp sockret i en sk\u00e5l, h\u00e4ll \u00e4ggvitan i en sk\u00e5l och r\u00f6r f\u00f6rsiktigt med en gaffel eller sked s\u00e5 att den blandas j\u00e4mn utan att vispas. \u00c4ggvita kan ju g\u00e4rna ha ett tjockare str\u00e5k som du h\u00e4rmed r\u00f6r ut s\u00e5 att den \u00e4r mer homogen men du vill inte f\u00e5 bubblor f\u00f6r d\u00e5 blir resultatet inte lika bra med blommorna. P\u00e5 bilden ser du att jag vispat \u00e4ggvitorna lite f\u00f6r mycket &#8211; det blev b\u00e4ttre andra g\u00e5ngen n\u00e4r de var mer som hopr\u00f6rda \u00e4n vispade.<\/p>\n<p>Fyll g\u00e4rna en liten klot-tesil med florsocker f\u00f6r att det ska vara l\u00e4ttare att str\u00f6 det \u00f6ver blommorna.<\/p>\n<p>Tag en blomvippa i taget, doppa f\u00f6rsiktigt i \u00e4ggvitan, doppa i sockret och st\u00e4ll upp och ned p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspappret. Str\u00f6 direkt lite florsocker \u00f6ver. Forts\u00e4tt s\u00e5 h\u00e4r med alla dina blommor. St\u00e4ll in pl\u00e5ten i ugn som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till ca 70 grader och l\u00e5t blommorna torka i ca 30 minuter eller mer. De ska vara helt torra och spr\u00f6da men inte br\u00e4nda.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t dem svalna, lossa dem f\u00f6rsiktigt fr\u00e5n pl\u00e5ten och l\u00e4gg dem i en burk med lock.
