Av de delikata aromatiska blommorna kan man g\u00f6ra mycket gott, bland annat den h\u00e4r glassen. Den lite blommiga smaken g\u00f6r sig mycket bra&nbsp;tillsammans med b\u00e4r &#8211; till&nbsp;exempel f\u00e5r jordubbar smultronsmak i kombination med k\u00f6rvelblomssmaken.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ett schweizeri var i Sverige p\u00e5 1800-talet en sorts kaf\u00e9 med alkoholservering. Beteckningen skapades n\u00e4r invandrade schweiziska konditorer i b\u00f6rjan av 1800-talet startade utsk\u00e4nkningsst\u00e4llen i Stockholm d\u00e4r de serverade kaffe, te, choklad och lik\u00f6r.
