Jag f\u00f6redrar att inte sk\u00f6lja dem eftersom en del av smaken f\u00f6rsvinner d\u00e5. Besprutade blommor vill man \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte anv\u00e4nda. Koka en sockerlag av vattnet och sockret, l\u00e5t koka upp och sedan bara sjuda helt kort s\u00e5 att sockret l\u00f6ser sig ordentligt. Blanda s\u00e5 att blommorna \u00e4r helt t\u00e4ckta av sockerlagen. L\u00e5t det svalna helt innan du st\u00e4ller in kastrullen med lock i kylen att st\u00e5 till sig i n\u00e5gra dygn. Efter 2-3 dygn silar du det hela och f\u00e5r ditt fl\u00e4derkoncentrat. Eftersom det inte \u00e4r citronsyra eller annat konserveringsmedel i den h\u00e4r lagen h\u00e5ller den inte s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge. Om du inte ska anv\u00e4nda den ganska snart kan du frysa in den. H\u00e4ll fl\u00e4derlagen i glassmaskinen och frys till en ljuvlig sorbet. Det blir dessutom vackert frostigt.
