Jag hade just gjort fl\u00e4derkoncentrat att anv\u00e4nda till sorbet bland annat och kom p\u00e5 att den skulle nog vara riktigt god med lite bubbel. Besprutade blommor vill man \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte anv\u00e4nda. Koka en sockerlag av vattnet och sockret, l\u00e5t koka upp och sedan bara sjuda helt kort s\u00e5 att sockret<\/p>\n<p>l\u00f6ser sig ordentligt. Dra kastrullen av v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t svalna en aning innan du l\u00e4gger i b\u00e5de citronskivor och fl\u00e4derblommor. Blanda s\u00e5 att blommorna \u00e4r helt t\u00e4ckta av sockerlagen. L\u00e5t det svalna helt innan du st\u00e4ller in kastrullen med lock i kylen att st\u00e5 till sig i n\u00e5gra dygn. Eftersom det inte \u00e4r citronsyra eller annat konserveringsmedel i den h\u00e4r lagen h\u00e5ller den inte s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge. Om du inte ska anv\u00e4nda den ganska snart kan du frysa in den.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r det s\u00e5 \u00e4r dags att blanda dina Fl\u00e4drinis h\u00e4ller du lite lag i botten p\u00e5 glasen och toppar upp med<br \/>\nen god prosecco.
