Den best\u00e5r av perfekt solmogen kr\u00e4mig avokado med goda spanska f\u00e5rostar s\u00e5som Manchego etc., spansk skinka som kallas Jam\u00f3n Serrano, underbara smakrika spanska tomater, olivolja, \u00f6rter och kanske lite vitl\u00f6k eller i vart fall brukar vi gnida br\u00f6det med en halv vitl\u00f6ksklyfta. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e4r vi \u00e4r i Italien blir det den italienska motsvarigheten som d\u00e5&nbsp;inneb\u00e4r lite andra tomater och oftast ingen avokado, eftersom de <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-29191\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/08\/IMG_3917-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/08\/IMG_3917-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/08\/IMG_3917-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/08\/IMG_3917-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/08\/IMG_3917-1024x1024.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>inte verkar lika vana vid att \u00e4ta det vilket g\u00f6r det sv\u00e5rt att hitta avokado i aff\u00e4rerna. Det blir sj\u00e4lvklart b\u00e5de prosciutto och kanske salami, jag \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt f\u00f6rtjust i den med f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, och framf\u00f6r allt de h\u00e4rliga get- och f\u00e5rostar vi hittar s\u00e5som abruzzesisk pecorino, provolone och kanske \u00e4ven mozzarella. Vi rostar br\u00f6det, gnider det med vitl\u00f6k och ringlar rikligt med den goda olivoljan, fr\u00e5n bonden precis bredvid oss, \u00f6ver det hela. F\u00e4rska \u00f6rter i form av basilika, rosmarin och timjan plockas utanf\u00f6r huset, hackas och str\u00f6s \u00f6ver. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Det hela avslutas g\u00e4rna med n\u00e5gra f\u00e4rska solmogna fikon efter\u00e5t, som vi plockat sj\u00e4lva p\u00e5 hemv\u00e4gen fr\u00e5n morgonpromenaden.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-29192\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/08\/IMG_3903-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/08\/IMG_3903-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/08\/IMG_3903-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/08\/IMG_3903-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2018\/08\/IMG_3903-1024x1024.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dopp i poolen f\u00f6re &#8211; och efter &#8211; h\u00f6r till, liksom det italienska kaffet, fast ibland blir det te och en riktig kopp nere p\u00e5 caf\u00e9t i byn efter\u00e5t. D\u00e4refter brukar det bli en tur till havet eller upp i bergen &#8211; Abruzzo \u00e4r ju k\u00e4nt f\u00f6r just Mare e Monti, att man stoltserar med b\u00e5de hav och berg d\u00e4r vi g\u00f6r underbara utflykter och \u00e4ter p\u00e5 sm\u00e5 agriturismos l\u00e4ngs v\u00e4gen. Men mer om det vid annat tillf\u00e4lle, nu \u00e4r det dags att s\u00e4tta&nbsp;ig\u00e5ng med dagen &#8211; efter din italienska frukost,&nbsp;kanske.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Det ska i sammanhanget sakligt konstateras att italienarna sj\u00e4lva helst verkar ta en kopp kaffe (enda g\u00e5ngen de dricker cappuccino eller caff\u00e8 latte) och m\u00f6jligtvis n\u00e5got s\u00f6tt. I huset vi brukar hyra i Italien f\u00e5r vi g\u00f6ra det p\u00e5 en speciell platta som man l\u00e4gger p\u00e5 gasl\u00e5gan p\u00e5 spisen. Gnid det nyrustade br\u00f6det med vitl\u00f6ken.
