D\u00e5 en av sonens kompisar var med oss i Italien pratade han varmt om den thail\u00e4ndska versionen &nbsp;vilket ledde till att den h\u00e4r italienska varianten s\u00e5g dagens ljus. &nbsp;<\/h4>\n<h4>Nu n\u00e4r Italien \u00e4r&nbsp;nedst\u00e4ngt p\u00e5 grund av coronaviruset och Covid-19 sk\u00e4nker jag detta underbara land en tanke med att plocka fram denna l\u00e4ttgjorda snacks-f\u00f6rr\u00e4tten.&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>2 burkar sardellfil\u00e9er<\/p>\n<p>ev. lite finhackad vitl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>ev. 2 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och<br>hackade<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 kg cocktailtomater delade i kvartar eller ca 5-6 st\u00f6rre tomater, skurna i bitar<\/p>\n<p>3 stj\u00e4lkar salladsl\u00f6k (kallas ibland \u00e4ven v\u00e5rl\u00f6k eller till och med h\u00f6stl\u00f6k:) (om du inte f\u00e5r tag p\u00e5 v\u00e5rl\u00f6k \u00e4r det viktigt att du anv\u00e4nder schalottenl\u00f6k)<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 dl pinjen\u00f6tter, hackade (man kan ta lite mer om man vill &#8211; smaka av)<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 dl f\u00e4rsk basilika, hackad (\u00e4ven den kan man ta mer av)<\/p>\n<p>1 kryddm\u00e5tt chiliflingor eller torkad chili som smulats (kallas f\u00f6r peperoncino<\/p>\n<p>det finrivna skalet och saften av 1-2 citroner, v\u00e4l tv\u00e4ttade och helst ekologiska (helst Sorrentocitroner)<\/p>\n<p>1 salladshuvud, g\u00e4rna gemsallad (som du ser p\u00e5 bilden), lollo rosso eller radicchio &#8211; g\u00e4rna s\u00e5dan sallad som blir som sm\u00e5 kupor s\u00e5 det blir l\u00e4tt att l\u00e4gga blandningen i vid servering &#8211; man kan \u00e4ven ta isbergssallad<\/p>\n<p>nymald svartpeppar och kanske lite salt (smaka av d\u00e5 b\u00e5de sardeller och \u00e4ven vitl\u00f6k samt l\u00f6k ger s\u00e4lta till smaken)<\/p>\n<p>olivolja av god kvalitet med god smak<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Hacka sardellerna och blanda dem med hackad vitl\u00f6k och finhackad schalottenl\u00f6k. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven chili, citronsaft och -skal, basilika och cocktailtomaterna skurna i kvartar. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven de hackade n\u00f6tterna. Smaka av s\u00e5 att du har bra balans mellan smakerna med s\u00e4lta, hetta och syra samt viss s\u00f6tma fr\u00e5n tomaterna. R\u00f6r ner lite olivolja. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 ett tag s\u00e5 smakerna blandas medan du g\u00f6r i ordning salladsbladen.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00f6lj salladen och k\u00f6r den sedan helst i en salladsslunga s\u00e5 den blir torr. Det \u00e4r helt fantastiskt hur mycket vatten man blir av med d\u00e5 &#8211; det var det som fick mig att inse att den pryl jag ansett vara en av de mest on\u00f6diga i ett k\u00f6k i sj\u00e4lva verket h\u00f6r till de mest oumb\u00e4rliga:)<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg upp salladsblad och sardellblandningen p\u00e5 fat eller l\u00e4gg upp i bladen och servera portionsvis.
