Tills\u00e4tt saltet under stekningen. P\u00e5 slutet tills\u00e4tter du \u00e4ven curry, svartpepparkorn och spiskummin. Tomatpur\u00e9n ska ocks\u00e5 i f\u00f6r att steka med ett tag s\u00e5 den blir extra fin och fyllig i smaken. Tills\u00e4tt ingef\u00e4ran och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 kokosmj\u00f6lken, l\u00e4gg i limeblad och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 och puttra. Vill du \u00e4ven ha i linser tills\u00e4tter du dem samtidigt som kokosmj\u00f6lken s\u00e5 de kan koka f\u00e4rdiga.<\/p>\n<p>Stek under tiden din strimlade kyckling i lite olja i en stekpanna bredvid, krydda den med currypulver, salt och peppar samt finrivet citronskal. L\u00e4gg kycklingbitarna i grytan allt eftersom n\u00e4r de blir klara.
