Receptet har de f\u00e5tt fr\u00e5n&nbsp;tv\u00e5 nunnor p\u00e5 Klosterg\u00e5rden p\u00e5 \u00d6versel\u00f6. Kombinationen med vinet \u00e4r en smaktr\u00e4ff och dessutom \u00e4r kakan glutenfri. Koka en grov kompott av socker, \u00e4pplen och vin. L\u00e5t kompotten svalna. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader i varmluft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rosta den hackade mandeln i torr stekpanna s\u00e5 att smakerna frig\u00f6rs men utan att den br\u00e4nns. R\u00f6r det mjuka sm\u00f6ret med sockret, r\u00f6r \u00e4ven i mandelmj\u00f6let och de hackade rostade mandlarna. R\u00f6r sist ner \u00e4gget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sm\u00f6rj en ugnsfast form och l\u00e4gg kompotten i den. Tryck ut mandelsmeten p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper s\u00e5 att du f\u00e5r en platta som \u00e4r lika stor som din ugnsform. V\u00e4nd \u00f6ver mandelsmeten s\u00e5 den hamnar \u00f6ver \u00e4ppelkompotten i formen, dra bort pappret. Tills det var dags att ta hand om mandelsmeten var jag helt enig med ursprungsreceptet, men sedan kan jag konstatera att det antingen \u00e4r fel p\u00e5 ursprungsreceptet eller att jag har skrivit fel. Hur som helst blir smeten f\u00f6r l\u00f6s f\u00f6r att kunna ha en chans att kavlas ut, s\u00e5 jag klickade den \u00f6ver \u00e4ppelkompotten och bredde ut med en spatel som du kan se p\u00e5 en av bilderna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan tills toppingen f\u00e5r fin gyllenbrun f\u00e4rg.
