Tills\u00e4tt mandelmj\u00f6let eller mandelhacket och smaks\u00e4ttningarna. Blanda i mj\u00f6l tills du har en bra konsistens som precis g\u00e5r ihop men inte \u00e4r l\u00e5ngt fr\u00e5n att smula sig. Tryck ut degen p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper s\u00e5 att du har en platta med smul som \u00e4r cirka 1\/2 cm tjock. Gr\u00e4dda i ugn p\u00e5 175-200 grader i cirka 20-30 minuter tills den blivit genombakad men inte tagit f\u00f6r mycket f\u00e4rg. Om den verkar ta f\u00f6r mycket f\u00e4rg l\u00e4gger du ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper \u00f6ver. Tag ut och l\u00e5t svalna. Smula och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver eller bredvid din efterr\u00e4tt.
