De \u00e4r ofta baserade p\u00e5 havremj\u00f6l, s\u00e5 jag best\u00e4llde just detta fr\u00e5n MatHem och skred till verket med experimenterandet i mitt k\u00f6k. I min ambition att f\u00e5 kakorna en aning nyttiga (!) har de h\u00e4r f\u00e5tt smak av ingef\u00e4ra. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven den finrivna ingef\u00e4ran. Arbeta snabbt in det kalla sm\u00f6ret skuret i kuber s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r en fast smidig deg som h\u00e5ller ihop utan att smula. Om du beh\u00f6ver tills\u00e4tter du lite mer havremj\u00f6l n\u00e4r du tar upp degen. Den stelnar mer i kylen. Tryck till kakan en aning s\u00e5 den l\u00e4ttare kan rinna ut under gr\u00e4ddning. Gr\u00e4dda direkt i ugn som du v\u00e4rmt till 200 grader. Gr\u00e4ddas i ca 8 minuter tills de \u00e4r gyllene men passa p\u00e5 s\u00e5 de inte br\u00e4nns. Tag ut kakorna och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 ett galler att svalna.
