Drinken g\u00f6rs p\u00e5 spadet som blir kvar n\u00e4r man syltat ingef\u00e4ra, p\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis ers\u00e4tts sockerbiten av sockerlagen med intensiv ingef\u00e4rssmak. Vi har experimenterat med b\u00e5de vodka och cognac och konstaterar att cognacen lyfter ingef\u00e4rssmaken p\u00e5 ett helt annat s\u00e4tt! &nbsp;Bjud den h\u00e4r drinken innan en festm\u00e5ltid tillsammans med n\u00e5gra goda tilltugg. En id\u00e9 kan vara anklever eller&nbsp;p\u00e2t\u00e9 eller ost av n\u00e5got slag, kanske ch\u00e8vre &#8211; med en tunn skiva syltad ingef\u00e4ra f\u00f6r att matcha smakerna.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Den som vill kan \u00e4ven spara vattnet man f\u00f6rv\u00e4ller ingef\u00e4ran i innan den syltas i sockerlagen.
