Tag av v\u00e4rmen och st\u00e4ll att svalna helt. L\u00e4gg kompotten i botten p\u00e5 de glas du t\u00e4nker servera sabayonne i.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4ggulor med socker och saffran till p\u00f6sigt skum i en metall- eller glasbunke.
