H\u00e4lld \u00f6ver den uppskurna rabarbern och gr\u00e4ddad i ugnen blir det alldeles underbart.<\/h3>\n<p>Fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan hade jag \u00e4ven i mj\u00f6l och lite bakpulver, som i havreflarn, men har kommit p\u00e5 att det blir kn\u00e4ckigare och godare i min smak n\u00e4r jag bara tar havregryn. Dessutom blir det ju d\u00e5 b\u00e5de enklare och glutenfritt.<\/p>\n<p>Om du som jag anv\u00e4nder en st\u00f6rre pajform \u00f6kar du bara p\u00e5 m\u00e4ngden topping till 1,5 eller till och med 2 g\u00e5nger det nedan &#8211; det blir mycket gott!<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r en pajform med ca 20 cm i diameter:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>ca 5 stj\u00e4lkar rabarber, skalade och tunt skivade<\/p>\n<p>100 gram sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl vispgr\u00e4dde eller mj\u00f6lk (en del tycker att det blir kn\u00e4ckigare d\u00e5)<\/p>\n<p>drygt \u00bd dl ljus sirap<\/p>\n<p>knappt 2 dl socker (g\u00e4rna r\u00e5socker)<\/p>\n<p>3\u00bd dl havregryn<\/p>\n<p>Jag har g\u00e4rna i \u00bd tsk mald kardemumma ocks\u00e5, och \u00bd tsk \u00e4kta vanilj (finns burkar att k\u00f6pa numera i de flesta aff\u00e4rer med utm\u00e4rkta goda sm\u00e5 \u00e4kta vaniljkorn! &#8221;Vanilla &#8211; ground organic vanilla powder&#8221;)<\/p>\n<h4><em>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r enkelt g\u00e5r du tillv\u00e4ga:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Skala och skiva rabarber ganska tunt och l\u00e4gg i smord pajform.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt 100 gram sm\u00f6r i tjockbottnad kastrull. H\u00e4ll i \u00bd dl vispgr\u00e4dde, \u00bd dl ljus sirap, knappt 2 dl socker (g\u00e4rna r\u00e5socker) och kardemumman samt vaniljen. L\u00e5t koka ihop helt kort, utan att br\u00e4nnas, men s\u00e5 \u00e4nd\u00e5 blir lite kn\u00e4ckigt.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r i havregrynen. H\u00e4ll ut \u00f6ver rabarberskivorna i formen och gr\u00e4dda i 175 grader i ca 20-25 minuter. Passa s\u00e5 den inte blir br\u00e4nd \u2013 men se samtidigt till s\u00e5 att den inte blir undergr\u00e4ddad. Den skall ha en kn\u00e4ckig yta och ha blivit riktigt gyllenbrun, utan att vara br\u00e4nd.
