Tills\u00e4tt de malda kryddorna p\u00e5 slutet s\u00e5 de precis blir snabbfotade och hettas upp. L\u00e5t det hela svalna innan du h\u00e4ller allt i en elektrisk kaffekvarn (jag har en som jag alltid bara anv\u00e4nder till indiska kryddor) och mal dem s\u00e5 att du f\u00e5r ett ganska fint pulver. Eventuellt kan du g\u00f6ra det h\u00e4r i tv\u00e5 omg\u00e5ngar. blanda med n\u00e5gon msk salt, helst ayurvediskt rosa Himalayasalt. F\u00f6rvara kryddblandningen i en glasburk eller liknande med t\u00e4ttslutande lock. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anv\u00e4nd kryddblandningen i din matlagning eller str\u00f6 \u00f6ver f\u00e4rdiga r\u00e4tter s\u00e5som omelett, kokta \u00e4gg, kyckling, fisk, soppa, rostad s\u00f6tpotatis eller pumpa, p\u00e5 ris&#8230;. Det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt gott att blanda ut lite i sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r eller allra helst ghee (klarat sm\u00f6r som man anv\u00e4nder mycket i Indien).
