Pistageglass g\u00f6rs av antingen pistagekr\u00e4m som finns att k\u00f6pa f\u00e4rdig i Italien men kan vara lite sv\u00e5rare att finna h\u00e4r &#8211; eller av skalade&nbsp;pistagen\u00f6tter av s\u00e5 god kvalitet som man bara kan hitta. &nbsp;Om man hittar f\u00e4rdig pistagekr\u00e4m brukar den vara s\u00f6tad vilket blir mindre lyckat d\u00e5 det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 till sockerm\u00e4ngden. Om du anv\u00e4nder pistagecr\u00e8me kanske du ska utesluta tillsatt socker helt. Drag kastrullen av v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t svalna. H\u00e4ll i en mixer tillsammans med de malda pistagen\u00f6tterna, g\u00e4rna som har karamelliserats dessf\u00f6rinnan, eller os\u00f6tad pistagekr\u00e4m om du hittat det. K\u00f6r i mixer och tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dden mot slutet s\u00e5 att allt blandas men gr\u00e4dden inte vispas. St\u00e4ll blandningen svalt tills det \u00e4r dags att h\u00e4lla den i glassmaskinen.
