T\u00e4nk att du kommer ha ungef\u00e4r 1,5 liter kola, som skall ha en lagom h\u00f6jd n\u00e4r du sk\u00e4r. Ett bra tips \u00e4r att h\u00e4lla ut 1,5 liter vatten i n\u00e5got f\u00f6rst f\u00f6r att testa.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sk\u00e4r upp vaniljst\u00e5ngen och blanda vaniljst\u00e5ngen med sockret. Dra ut vaniljfr\u00f6na ordentligt med hj\u00e4lp av sockret. H\u00e4ll ner sockret i en tjockbottnad kastrull.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e4g upp resten av ingredienserna och tills\u00e4tt i kastrullen. Koka under omr\u00f6rning med en v\u00e4rmet\u00e5lig slickepott eller visp och t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att r\u00f6ra i botten hela tiden s\u00e5 att inte kolan br\u00e4nner.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Koka kolan till 127 grader. P\u00e5 sommarens varmaste dagar kokar du den till 129 grader.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sl\u00e5 upp kolan med en g\u00e5ng i formen och l\u00e5t den stelna minst 5 timmar eller g\u00e4rna \u00f6ver natten.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Om du \u00f6nskar mer s\u00e4lta i kolan kan du, direkt n\u00e4r du slagit upp den, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite fina flingor av salt, j\u00e4mt f\u00f6rdelat.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sk\u00e4r kolan i \u00f6nskade bitar och rulla in i vaxat livsmedelspapper eller bakpl\u00e5tspapper.
