2 burkar konserverade gula tomater eller bara f\u00e4rska gula tomater<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>g\u00e4rna lite skal och saft av 1\/2 apelsin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>skal och saft av 1 citron<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-2 paket saffran<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 lagerblad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 dl vitt vin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ev. en skv\u00e4tt Noilly Prat (en torr fransk Vermouth som \u00e4r fantastisk i matlagning!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong och fiskbuljong av god kvalitet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>900 gram f\u00e4rsk fisk (eller fryst) &#8211; Tills\u00e4tt korianderfr\u00f6n, f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6n, pepparkorn och saffran. R\u00f6r om lite innan du tills\u00e4tter vinet och l\u00e5ter det puttra ihop en aning innan du forts\u00e4tter med att tills\u00e4tta buljongen och de gula tomaterna. L\u00e4gg i den strimlade f\u00e4nk\u00e5len och potatisbitarna samt lagerbladet. L\u00e5t soppan sjuda cirka 30-40 minuter tills f\u00e4nk\u00e5l och potatis kokat mjuka. Pressa i lite citron och kanske apelsin, smaka av s\u00e4lta, hetta och syra. Precis innan servering l\u00e4gger du i fisken som du skurit i bitar, l\u00e5t den bara sjuda l\u00e4tt i cirka fem minuter s\u00e5 den inte blir torr eller kokar s\u00f6nder.
