Bryt eller hacka chokladen och l\u00e4gg den i kastrullen att sm\u00e4lta p\u00e5 l\u00e4gsta v\u00e4rmen p\u00e5 spisplattan tillsammans med sm\u00f6ret. R\u00f6r d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 och passa s\u00e5 inte st\u00e5r kvar efter har sm\u00e4lt. St\u00e4ll att svalna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Vispa under tiden \u00e4gg och socker riktigt p\u00f6sigt. Blanda mj\u00f6let med bakpulvret. H\u00e4ll i choklad-sm\u00f6rblandningen i \u00e4ggvispet och r\u00f6r \u00e4ven f\u00f6rsiktigt i mj\u00f6l-bakpulverblandningen. H\u00e4ll i smord form med l\u00f6stagbar kant. Gr\u00e4dda i 175 graders ugn i max 15 minuter. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Observera att den skall vara riktigt rinnig i mitten \u2013 det stelnar lite sen. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 svalt \u2013 g\u00e4rna \u00f6ver natten. Den tryffliga choklade mognar d\u00e5 och kakan blir alldeles oemotst\u00e5ndligt tryffelkr\u00e4mig. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Servera med l\u00e4ttvispad gr\u00e4dde, eventuellt smaksatt med vanilj eller n\u00e5gon god apelsinlik\u00f6r typ cointreau eller vaniljvodka (faktiskt helt fantastiskt med efterr\u00e4tter) och eventuellt lite r\u00e5r\u00f6rda hallon eller lingon eller f\u00e4rsk frukt.
