Det tror jag s\u00e4nds p\u00e5 onsdag i n\u00e4sta vecka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e4tten jag lagade hade utarbetats och provlagats en hel del hemma i mitt k\u00f6k. F\u00f6rsta dagen p\u00e5 audition tar man med sig sin r\u00e4tt som provsmakas kall av en &#8221;f\u00f6r-jury&#8221;. Om man g\u00e5r vidare till andra dagen ska den lagas p\u00e5 tid(!) och delvis inf\u00f6r kameror. Nu togs inte n\u00e5got av mitt snack inf\u00f6r kameran med i programmet, men det g\u00e4ller ju att man vet vad man g\u00f6r f\u00f6r att hinna f\u00e5 upp en presentabel v\u00e4lsmakande anr\u00e4ttning att g\u00e5 in till juryn med. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag kan intyga att det \u00e4r oerh\u00f6rt nerv\u00f6st att g\u00e5 in till Leif Mannerstr\u00f6m, Markus Aujalay och Mischa Billing och \u00e4r glad att mina antagligen konstiga nerv\u00f6sa miner inte togs med i TV-rutan. Som tur \u00e4r gillade de alla tre min r\u00e4tt och jag fick ett av de \u00e5tr\u00e5v\u00e4rda M\u00e4sterkocks-f\u00f6rkl\u00e4dena. De undrade hur jag kokat fonden och d\u00e5 jag ber\u00e4ttade att jag best\u00e4llt r\u00e5a havskr\u00e4ftor fr\u00e5n Fisker\u00f6keriet, som l\u00e4r vara Helsingborgs b\u00e4sta fiskaff\u00e4r, f\u00f6r att kunna koka dem utan dill men med f\u00e4nk\u00e5ls- och korianderfr\u00f6n undrade de vad som blivit av sj\u00e4lva havskr\u00e4ftorna. &#8211; De mumsade maken i sig n\u00e4r fonden kokades kv\u00e4llen innan, svarade jag. \u00c5hhhh sade de alla tre snopet &#8211; de hade g\u00e4rna tagit havskr\u00e4ftorna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r jag gick in till studion med min matvagn var jag s\u00e5 nerv\u00f6s att jag hade gl\u00f6mt ta bort f\u00f6rkl\u00e4det jag hade n\u00e4r maten lagades, s\u00e5 n\u00e4r jag fick M\u00e4sterkocksf\u00f6rkl\u00e4det blev det ovanp\u00e5 mitt eget.
