Jag har aldrig gjort sm\u00f6rg\u00e5st\u00e5rta f\u00f6rut, och fann inspiration i Italien eftersom jag tycker sm\u00f6rg\u00e5st\u00e5rtor ofta \u00e4r en skapelse med en salig blandning av saker som kanske inte alltid passar s\u00e5 bra ihop. H\u00e4r ville jag ha mer harmoniska smaker. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 textur och att det h\u00e4nder n\u00e5got stekte jag tv\u00e5 av br\u00f6dskivorna i sm\u00f6r medan tv\u00e5 var bara f\u00e4rska. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fyllningen best\u00e5r av tonfiskmousse smaksatt med schalottenl\u00f6k, \u00f6rter och citron &#8211; b\u00e5de finrivet skal och pressad samt lite lite ancho\u00efade som \u00e4r en majonn\u00e4s med sardellfil\u00e9er. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2019\/01\/8hMLbVQVQSu5l07BS1kSjQ-1-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-30221\" style=\"width:512px;height:384px\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2019\/01\/8hMLbVQVQSu5l07BS1kSjQ-1-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2019\/01\/8hMLbVQVQSu5l07BS1kSjQ-1-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2019\/01\/8hMLbVQVQSu5l07BS1kSjQ-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2019\/01\/8hMLbVQVQSu5l07BS1kSjQ-1-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Fullt \u00f6s i m\u00e4sterkocksk\u00f6ket med b\u00e5ngstyriga gurkskivor<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Utanp\u00e5 anv\u00e4nde jag dels en r\u00f6ra med soltorkade tomater och Philadelphia Cream Cheese eller f\u00e4rskost, dels ancho\u00efaden. Dekorationen h\u00f6ll jag ganska ren med gurka samt en mild gremolata gjord p\u00e5 persilja och finrivet citronskal.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e5 jag nu har provlagat denna min t\u00e4vlingsskapelse kan jag konstatera att den inte blev s\u00e5 tokig \u00e4nd\u00e5 &#8211; enligt testpatrullen som innefattade inte bara familjen utan gudbarnen med f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar var den riktigt god. Jag tror att man med f\u00f6rdel kan g\u00f6ra lite mer soltorkad tomatr\u00f6ra och l\u00e4gga i ett av lagren inuti, g\u00e4sterna tyckte den var mycket god och kompletterade tonfiskr\u00f6ran och ancho\u00efaden v\u00e4l. De l\u00e5nga gurkskivorna som jag i G\u00e4vle f\u00f6rg\u00e4ves f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte f\u00e5 att ligga i vackra spiraler g\u00f6r sig b\u00e4ttre hoprullade som &#8221;rosor&#8221; &#8211; g\u00f6r g\u00e4rna m\u00e5nga fler och dekorera med dem \u00f6ver t\u00e5rtan!  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jaha, och hur kunde jag \u00e5ka ut med denna min torta al tonno d\u00e5? Jo, jag levererade inte det jag skulle! B\u00e4ttre lycka n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng, men pr\u00f6va&nbsp;g\u00e4rna&nbsp;att&nbsp;g\u00f6ra&nbsp;min&nbsp;Torta&nbsp;al&nbsp;Tonno! &nbsp;Tonfiskr\u00f6ran&nbsp;med&nbsp;eller&nbsp;utan&nbsp;soltorkade&nbsp;tomatr\u00f6ran&nbsp;blir&nbsp;\u00e4ven&nbsp;supergoda&nbsp;sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sar&nbsp;till&nbsp;picknick! L\u00e4gg det hela \u00e4gget i en h\u00f6g bunke avsedd f\u00f6r stavmixer. Tills\u00e4tt citronsaft och dijonsenap.  Mixa \u00e4gget en aning innan du b\u00f6rjar tills\u00e4tta oljan droppvis. Finhacka sardellfil\u00e9erna och mosa med knivbladet, tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven dem i din majonn\u00e4s. Mixa tills du har en fin majonn\u00e4s, smaka av ifall du beh\u00f6ver mer syra i form av citron, mer s\u00e4lta antingen i form av mer sardeller eller salt. Om din majonn\u00e4s blir f\u00f6r l\u00f6s tar du bara en \u00e4ggula i en ny h\u00f6g bunke och b\u00f6rjar om, tills\u00e4tt f\u00f6rst lite ny olja och forts\u00e4tt sedan med din tidigare l\u00f6sa majonn\u00e4s &#8211; det brukar g\u00f6ra susen! Tills\u00e4tt 1-3 msk av ancho\u00efaden smaka av igen. L\u00e5t r\u00f6ran st\u00e5 s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge s\u00e5 smakerna och konsistensen s\u00e4tter sig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stek tv\u00e5 av br\u00f6dskivorna i sm\u00f6r med en halv vitl\u00f6ksklyfta i. Gnid g\u00e4rna in br\u00f6dskivan med den andra vitl\u00f6kshalvan n\u00e4r br\u00f6det \u00e4r stekt. St\u00e4ll br\u00f6dskivorna att svalna med luft runtom, jag lutar dem mot en tallrik eller n\u00e5got. Detta \u00e4r f\u00f6r att de ska beh\u00e5lla sin frasighet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mixa de soltorkade tomaterna med f\u00e4rskosten, krydda och smaka av. St\u00e4ll \u00e4ven den r\u00f6ran \u00e5t sidan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Montering: L\u00e4gg f\u00f6rst ut en br\u00f6dskiva, f\u00f6rslagsvis av de stekta. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en tredjedel av tonfiskmoussen, bred ut j\u00e4mnt, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 n\u00e4sta br\u00f6dskiva &#8211; denna g\u00e5ng den ostekta och forts\u00e4tt s\u00e5 med varannan stekt och varannan ostekt br\u00f6dskiva tills du avslutar med ett varv ostekt br\u00f6dskiva. Bred sedan din soltorkade tomatr\u00f6ra runtom p\u00e5 kanterna med hj\u00e4lp av en slickepott eller en spatel. Ovanp\u00e5 breder du ancho\u00efaden blandad med lite f\u00e4rskost eller cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Detta \u00e4r f\u00f6r att den ska h\u00e5lla att st\u00e5 lite.
