I det h\u00e4r fallet hade jag r\u00f6kt lax som beh\u00f6vde anv\u00e4ndas, ganska mycket ch\u00e8vre \u00f6ver sedan tidigare samt tv\u00e5 sm\u00e5 vinter\u00e4pplen som b\u00f6rjade sloka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pastas\u00e5ser \u00e4r fenomenala sm\u00e5 skapelser d\u00e4r man kan ploppra i det man har, s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge det k\u00e4nns som smakerna skulle fungera. Och det h\u00e4r blev riktigt gott! Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ppelt\u00e4rningarna och efter ett tag vinet och ev. gr\u00e4dde eller cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Smula i ch\u00e8vren och l\u00e5t det hela puttra ihop lite medan du kryddar med peppar, \u00f6rtkryddor och kanske salt. Jag hade \u00e4ven i min mors egenodlade, rostade och torkade espelettechili som \u00e4r helt magisk. Du kan ta annan chili men den b\u00f6r vara mer aromatisk \u00e4n rent stark. Strax innan servering l\u00e4gger du i bladspenaten i s\u00e5sen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koka din pasta perfekt <em>al dente<\/em>, med en k\u00e4rna av tuggmotst\u00e5nd, h\u00e4ll av den i durkslag och sk\u00f6lj eventuellt helt snabbt i kallt vatten. L\u00e4gg pastan i pastas\u00e5sen. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven den strimlade salladsl\u00f6ken och eventuella \u00f6rtkryddor samt espelettechili.
