H\u00e4ll schalottenl\u00f6kssm\u00f6ret i en mixer och tills\u00e4tt s\u00f6tpotatisen. Tills\u00e4tt chili och peppar och en aning salt, mixa ordentligt. Tills\u00e4tt eventuellt en aning av kokvattnet om moset blir f\u00f6r fast. Smaka av. H\u00e5ll varmt till servering. Jag st\u00e4ller moset \u00f6ver l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme till servering.
