Det h\u00e4r med IBS verkar vara en hel vetenskap, men f\u00f6r s\u00e4kerhets skull t\u00e4nkte jag ett tag fram\u00f6ver laga lite magsn\u00e4ll mat och h\u00e4r kommer pumpan in. Den f\u00e5r b\u00e5de smak och magsn\u00e4llhet av den immunst\u00e4rkande ayurvediska kryddblandningen jag skrev om f\u00f6r ett tag sedan. Om du inte redan gjort en sats rekommenderar jag dig att g\u00f6ra det! Jag anv\u00e4nder den p\u00e5 mina frukost\u00e4gg, p\u00e5 omeletter, p\u00e5 kyckling och fisk &#8211; och nu i denna soppa tillsammans med f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra. Har du inte kryddblandningen kan du ju snegla p\u00e5 receptet som du hittar i eget inl\u00e4gg, eller s\u00e5 tar du n\u00e5gon matsked gurkmeja, en tsk spiskummin, en tsk malda korianderfr\u00f6n och gott om svartpeppar samt g\u00e4rna f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6n som \u00e4r riktigt sn\u00e4lla och bra mot magen. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00e4nsliga magar gillar oftast inte vitl\u00f6k, men jag \u00e4lskar det och brukar ha det i det mesta \u00e4nd\u00e5. Ibland kan schalottenl\u00f6k vara ett mildare alternativ &#8211; man f\u00e5r pr\u00f6va sig fram. Tills\u00e4tt pumpabitarna och l\u00e5t dem fr\u00e4sa med ett tag. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven kryddorna samt ingef\u00e4ran och stek \u00e4ven dem ett tag innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 vatten och buljong. L\u00e5t sm\u00e5koka under lock tills pumpan \u00e4r helt mjuk. Mixa soppan sl\u00e4t.
