I Mexiko f\u00e5r magsjuka personer direkt en kycklingsoppa full med vitl\u00f6k(!), citron, avokado och ris. Med inspiration fr\u00e5n den har jag h\u00e4r gjort en syrlig buljong p\u00e5 lime och citron med smak korianderfr\u00f6 och f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6n och framf\u00f6r allt ingef\u00e4ra, som \u00e4r k\u00e4nt f\u00f6r att motverka sjukdomar och \u00e4ven illam\u00e5ende. Torsk och mor\u00f6tter l\u00e4ggs i buljongen &#8211; sp\u00e4da fina mor\u00f6tter \u00e4r i s\u00e4song nu, inte minst i Frankrike d\u00e4r jag befinner mig. Om man vill kan man \u00e4ven ha i ris eller potatis. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det s\u00e4gs faktiskt att just kycklingbuljong som ju ges till sjuka i m\u00e5nga kulturer runt v\u00e4rlden har egenskaper som kommer sig av att benen kokas l\u00e4nge. Tills\u00e4tt h\u00e4lften av citron- och limejuicen. L\u00e5t mor\u00f6tterna sjuda i buljongen ett litet tag innan du l\u00e4gger i fisken. L\u00e5t fisken precis bli f\u00e4rdig men inte \u00f6verkokt.
