Tills\u00e4tt oliverna och mangolden, l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa runt, krydda, tills\u00e4tt citronskal och citronsaft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4nd ner din nykokta pasta som du kokat perfekt al dente, med ett visst tuggmotst\u00e5nd i mitten. Tills\u00e4tt g\u00e4rna lite mer olivolja och kanske \u00e4ven mer pressad citron. Servera direkt med hyvlad eller riven parmesan och n\u00e5gra tag p\u00e5 pepparkvarnen.
