Sila av l\u00f6khacket, men spara det &#8211; passar utm\u00e4rkt att ha i en pastas\u00e5s eller n\u00e5got. H\u00e4ll din smakessens tillbaka i kastrullen, v\u00e4rm upp den helt hastigt och tag av kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och vispa i sm\u00f6ret, en liten klick f\u00f6rst &#8211; se till s\u00e5 att det hela blir homogent, det vill s\u00e4ga att sm\u00f6ret h\u00e5lls i suspension i din reduktion s\u00e5 att s\u00e5sen inte delar sig.
