N\u00e4r kycklingen \u00e4r f\u00e4rdigstekt pressar du den milds\u00f6ta grillade citronen \u00f6ver och f\u00e5r en underbar s\u00e5s n\u00e4r den blandar sig med stekskyn och kryddorna. Servera med en fr\u00e4sch sallad och g\u00e4rna tomater. Torka av kycklingfil\u00e9erna, krydda dem rikligt med \u00f6rter, salt, peppar, chili och \u00f6rtsalt. Stek dem i en blandning av olja och sm\u00f6r, g\u00e4rna med en vitl\u00f6ksklyfta delad i halvor som steker med fettet och ger l\u00e4tt fin smak. B\u00f6rja med att steka p\u00e5 ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r fin stekyta p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor, varefter du drar ner v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5ter eftersteka. Du kan \u00e4ven v\u00e4lja att st\u00e4lla in kycklingfil\u00e9erna i ugnen, d\u00e5 g\u00e4rna med en termometer som du st\u00e4ller p\u00e5 70 grader. Kycklingen m\u00e5ste bli genomstekt, d.v.s. inte l\u00e4ngre ha rosa saft &#8211; den ska vara genomskinlig och klar. Pressa den mjukgrillade s\u00f6ta citronsaften \u00f6ver kycklingen och \u00f6s med stekskyn.
