K\u00f6ttet steks med massa h\u00e4rliga kryddor, \u00f6rter och chili och serveras med cocktailtomater och ruccola som hastigt steks med i pannan efter k\u00f6ttet. Se till att du har tomaterna f\u00e4rdigskurna och ruccolan klar och eventuellt sk\u00f6ljd n\u00e4r du drar ig\u00e5ng stekningen, sedan g\u00e5r det fort. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4rm oljan med sm\u00f6rklick i pannan, l\u00e4gg i vitl\u00f6kshalvor och l\u00e4gg i k\u00f6ttet n\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret slutat fr\u00e4sa. Se till att du har ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme men inte den h\u00f6gsta. Krydda den andra sidan av k\u00f6ttet som nu ligger upp\u00e5t i pannan, men t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att det g\u00e5r fort att steka tunna skivor k\u00f6tt. V\u00e4nd skivorna och l\u00e5t dem steka s\u00e5 de f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg p\u00e5 andra sidan ocks\u00e5. Lyft k\u00f6ttskivorna ur pannan. Jag hade en ganska liten stekpanna och stekte d\u00e4rf\u00f6r i tv\u00e5 omg\u00e5ngar, l\u00e4gg i mer vitl\u00f6k och sm\u00f6r till den andra omg\u00e5ngen. \u00d6s det v\u00e4nda k\u00f6ttet med sm\u00f6ret. S\u00e5 fort du stekt allt k\u00f6ttet klart och lyft det ur pannan l\u00e4gger du i f\u00f6rst tomaterna och l\u00e5ter dem fr\u00e4sa runt s\u00e5 de mjuknar, sist l\u00e4gger du i ruccolan och l\u00e5ter den bara precis b\u00f6rja &#8221;sm\u00e4lta&#8221;. Om du vill ha i chili tills\u00e4tter du den ocks\u00e5. H\u00e4ll i n\u00e5gon matsked balsamvin\u00e4ger, l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa till i pannan och tag pannan av v\u00e4rmen.
