S\u00e5 h\u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e5ren kan man \u00e4ven ha i sparris om man vill.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ta de gr\u00f6nsaker du f\u00e5r tag p\u00e5 och gillar \u2013 t.ex. mor\u00f6tter, r\u00f6dl\u00f6k eller f\u00e4rsk knippl\u00f6k, stickl\u00f6k (v\u00e5rl\u00f6k), palsternackor, persiljerot, zucchini, aubergine, tomater skurna i klyftor eller halvor, sparris..<\/p>\n<p>Jag brukar alltid l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 ett g\u00e4ng hela klyftor oskalade vitl\u00f6ksklyftor som bakas och blir ljuvliga i smaken. N\u00e5gra ruskor timjan tycker jag \u00e4r b\u00e5de vackert och gott att ha i.<\/p>\n<p>Olivolja<\/p>\n<p>Flingsalt<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r gr\u00f6nsakerna i stavar eller bitar. Ber\u00e4kna s\u00e5 de blir klara ungef\u00e4r samtidigt. L\u00f6ken och mor\u00f6tterna tar till exempel lite l\u00e4ngre tid. Du kan v\u00e4lja att k\u00f6ra dem ca 10 minuter f\u00f6r sig sj\u00e4lva innan du blandar i resten av gr\u00f6nsakerna. \u00c5 andra sidan \u00e4r v\u00e5rens sp\u00e4da mor\u00f6tter och l\u00f6kar mj\u00e4lla och fina och goda med lite knaprig stuns. Blanda gr\u00f6nsakerna i en ugnsform eller p\u00e5 ugnspl\u00e5tar, ringla \u00f6ver olivolja och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver flingsalt.
