Eller s\u00e5 kokar man bara bulgurn och har sallader bredvid \u2013 till exempel b\u00f6nsalladen, en gr\u00f6nsallad och kanske en tomatsallad.<\/h3>\n<p>H\u00e4r har jag valt att blanda bulgurn med stickl\u00f6k (kallas \u00e4ven v\u00e5rl\u00f6k) eller r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, ruccola, finhackade tomater, och mynta. Detta recept \u00e4r inspirerat av tabbouleh. Jag tycker att det \u00e4r gott att bara ha en dressing p\u00e5 pressad citron och olivolja, eventuellt med finhackad eller pressad vitl\u00f6k i. Den som vill kan \u00e4ven ha i majskorn.<\/p>\n<p>Koka bulgur enligt f\u00f6rpackningen. L\u00e5t den nykokta bulgurn \u00e5nga av ett tag innan du blandar med \u00f6vriga ingredienser, h\u00e4ller \u00f6ver dressingen och r\u00f6r om.
