Duktiga kockar uppt\u00e4ckte den f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge sedan och sedan n\u00e5gra \u00e5r har den sin givna plats i mitt k\u00f6k. En n\u00e4st intill outsinlig k\u00e4lla f\u00f6rser mig varje v\u00e5r med p\u00e5se efter p\u00e5se av de h\u00e4r bladen som faktiskt liknar liljekonvalj. Du har s\u00e4kert sett dem i skog och mark, och misstagit dem f\u00f6r just denna min favoritblomma. Det \u00e4r doften som avsl\u00f6jar ramsl\u00f6ken, f\u00f6rutom att blommorna skiljer sig \u00e5t. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Med typisk look av l\u00f6kblommor \u00e4r \u00e4ven de otroligt goda och sp\u00e4nnande att anv\u00e4nda i matlagningen. Str\u00f6 dem \u00f6ver en sallad eller din f\u00e4rdiga r\u00e4tt &#8211; de \u00e4r som sm\u00e5 smakexplosioner i munnen. Jag ska \u00e4ven testa att fritera dem, men det blir ett annat inl\u00e4gg. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Idag ska ni f\u00e5 basen i all denna ramsl\u00f6ksmagi<\/strong>: <strong>ramsl\u00f6kscr\u00e8me! Du g\u00f6r den lekande l\u00e4tt och snabbt i mixern, fryser sedan in den i sm\u00e5 burkar och plockar fram den vart efter till din matlagning. Jag har hittills anv\u00e4nt den i risotto, pasta, soppa, omelett, frittata, paj, guacamole,<\/strong> <strong>s\u00e5ser, kryddsm\u00f6r, f\u00e4rskost, dipp, majonn\u00e4s, l\u00f6jromssnittar, rostad potatis, sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sar samt salladsdressing<\/strong> <strong>och t\u00e4nkte \u00e4ven anv\u00e4nda den till musslor &#8211; kort sagt mycket anv\u00e4ndbar och vansinnigt god!  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5tten \u00e4r ungef\u00e4rliga och snarare en indikation p\u00e5 de ingredienser du ska anv\u00e4nda. Mixa, smaka av och f\u00e5 till den balans du gillar. Kom ih\u00e5g att den h\u00e4r kr\u00e4men \u00e4r som en slags essens av ramsl\u00f6k s\u00e5 den ska vara ganska intensiv i smaken och sp\u00e4s ut n\u00e4r den sedan anv\u00e4nds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om ramsl\u00f6ken \u00e4r ren utan smulor, jord eller sm\u00e5 sniglar kan du anv\u00e4nda den direkt, annars kan du sk\u00f6lja den och torka den i salladsslunga eller l\u00e5ta den ligga framme och torka. Det \u00e4r bra om det \u00e4r s\u00e5 lite vatten som m\u00f6jligt n\u00e4r du mixar ramsl\u00f6ken med oljan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2019\/05\/fullsizeoutput_2767-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31182\" width=\"384\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2019\/05\/fullsizeoutput_2767-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2019\/05\/fullsizeoutput_2767-113x150.jpeg 113w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2019\/05\/fullsizeoutput_2767-225x300.jpeg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 384px) 100vw, 384px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 gram f\u00e4rsk ramsl\u00f6k<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>n\u00e5gra droppar f\u00e4rsk pressad citron<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 tsk salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-2 dl mild olivolja eller annan mild nyttig olja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tryck ner ramsl\u00f6ken i mixern, tills\u00e4tt salt, citron och en dl olja. Mixa, du kan beh\u00f6va stanna mixern f\u00f6r att trycka ner ramsl\u00f6ksbladen igen och igen. Tills\u00e4tt eventuellt mer olja s\u00e5 att det g\u00e5r att f\u00e5 ihop det hela till en mixad kr\u00e4m. Mixa den s\u00e5 sl\u00e4t det g\u00e5r. Smaka av s\u00e4ltan och syran, h\u00e4ll upp p\u00e5 rena burkar med lock som du sedan stoppar i frysen. Fast jag brukar beh\u00e5lla en burk framme till pasta och andra saker.
