Men denna anrika \u00f6rtplantas fr\u00f6n \u00e4r det inte m\u00e5nga som k\u00e4nner till numera<\/strong>. <strong>F\u00f6rr i tiden d\u00e4remot var det fr\u00f6na som var mer anv\u00e4nda och uppskattade. Faktum \u00e4r att denna kulturv\u00e4xt har anv\u00e4nts b\u00e5de som krydda och l\u00e4kev\u00e4xt i 3000 \u00e5r!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Globaliseringen<\/strong> <strong>och v\u00e5rt myckna resande har f\u00f6rt asiatisk och annan mat till v\u00e5ra bord. Och \u00e4ven om s\u00e5v\u00e4l korianderfr\u00f6 och -blad  (\u00e4ven r\u00f6tterna i Thailand till currypasta) anv\u00e4nds flitigt i b\u00e5de  thail\u00e4ndsk, indisk, mexikansk och nordafrikansk matlagning har faktiskt korianderfr\u00f6n anv\u00e4nts \u00e4ven p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra breddgrader, bland annat till smaks\u00e4ttning av snaps och sill. Romarna anv\u00e4nde dem f\u00f6r att konservera k\u00f6tt, de har \u00e4ven anv\u00e4nts till \u00f6lbrygd p\u00e5 1500-1660-talet. De anv\u00e4nds \u00e4ven vid parfymtillverkning, med sin aromatiska l\u00e4tt n\u00f6tiga smak med ett l\u00e4tt drag av apelsinskal eller pomerans. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00e4r jag h\u00e4rom \u00e5ret s\u00e5g Kockarnas Kamp p\u00e5 TV<\/strong> <strong>anv\u00e4nde legendariske kocken Norbert Lang rostade korianderfr\u00f6n i en laxtartar varvid de yngre kockarna tyckte det var &#8221;s\u00e5 80-talet&#8221;. Jag kan tycka att fler borde ge koriandern en chans i sitt k\u00f6k. Vad s\u00e4gs om en fr\u00e4sch buljong smaksatt med ingef\u00e4ra, koriander och citron till fisk eller kyckling. Eller kryddig bovete med bland annat malda korianderfr\u00f6n att servera till en god bit k\u00f6tt, kyckling<\/strong> <strong>eller lax? <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jag har samlat alla mina recept i en ny kategori &#8221;koriander, fr\u00f6n&#8221;<\/strong> <strong>d\u00e4r jag hoppas du ska finna inspiration &#8211; till s\u00e5v\u00e4l asiatiska r\u00e4tter som andra med de h\u00e4r fantastiska fr\u00f6na. Och den som inte brukar vara s\u00e5 f\u00f6rtjust i korianderblad beh\u00f6ver inte oroa sig, smaken \u00e4r ganska annorlunda. N\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng ska jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka odla koriander, blommorna \u00e4r mycket vackra i sm\u00e5 skira vita klasar.
